• Total area of 157.88 hectares, 45 hectares of which are destined for confinement;

• Static capacity for 22,000 heads divided into three EPE modules, totaling annual capacity for 120,000 heads;

• Structure with 23 internal streets, 110 corrals, 3 movement centers, administrative center, road scale, parking for heavy vehicles;

• Six waste treatment lagoons totaling 11,650 m³;

• Two artesian wells with a total daily intake of 960 m³;

• 25,000 m² of covered confinement area;

• 15,120 m² of concrete area, totaling 3,000 m³;

• 4,320 linear meters of troughs;

• Machine park with six Tractors, a Backhoe Loader, a Wheel Loader, four Forage Wagons and various implements;

• Management System developed internally and aimed at controlling the activities of confinements and their ramifications, from the breeding farm to the end customer.
